Energy & motion
Simplified mechanics and optimized process control to reduce auxiliary load and energy demand.
Betha Sustainable Filling Architecture
Betha is a protected filling architecture developed from a working Alpha prototype. It is designed for industrial beverage lines targeting reduced energy demand, lower CO₂ losses, lower oxygen pick-up, simpler CIP and reduced mechanical complexity.
The problem
Traditional filling systems require significant mechanical movement, vacuum, CO₂, cleaning cycles and maintenance. In carbonated and isobaric beverages, foam management and oxygen control can affect product quality, losses and sustainability performance.
Simplified mechanics and optimized process control to reduce auxiliary load and energy demand.
Designed to reduce CO₂ losses and improve filling stability in carbonated and isobaric applications.
Architecture focused on lower oxygen pick-up and better preservation of organoleptic properties.
Simpler flow paths and cleaning logic to target shorter CIP cycles and lower water and chemical burden.
100+ Accelerator pilot fit
We propose an industrial validation pilot on one beverage product and one container format. The pilot will compare Betha against an existing filling baseline.
Current status
Betha has been developed and tested through a working Alpha prototype on real containers. A utility model was filed in 2024. Detailed drawings, process logic and confidential prototype data are available only under NDA during pilot scoping.
